Guardianista and Misandrist

Cowbridge High Street, Monday morning. Fennie and Lloyd meet. Lloyd is dressed normally.

I wrote my piece on "Seven" before I emailed Lloyd. I just wanted to see what I got if I asked someone. I knew Lloyd wouldn't let me down with his choice of words although I was rather surprised with a couple of them. The word you can't quite make out is 'oozed'. Apparently I 'ooze' kindness.
And, yes, we do eat muesli, wear sandals in the summer and Jim has a beard.

Of course I didn't think you have a beard - and sandals and Musli are standard fare over here.
Slightly pathetic, how pleased I was this morning to have one of your shorts to watch while eating my musli!

Hi Guardianista, I need explanations, pronto. You make shorts? Is Fennie not female? Are you?
I really must catch up with you, this short is hilarious.

Yours, in great confusion,
Friko

This was fantastic, Rosie - I'm so glad I now know what Fennie looks like - now I won't have any trouble recognising him when we bump into one another in Bath (mind you, I didn't have him down as having an antipodean accent - it's strange the often wildly misconceptions we dream up about one another over the internet).

A had a little trouble at first - I've just got a new computer and I was having trouble tracking down the mute key, which I'd turned off sometime earlier. Then I was trying to work out who was whom - they both looked as though they were dressed normally to me (mind you, I live in a village where anything goes). Anyway, now I know, I think I'm going to watch it again...

Pondside _ I am so happy to have made your morning cheerful.

Friko - I have P.M.'d you with an explanation.

L.M.D. Er - actually this is not a very accurate picture of Fennie, but he can be seen centre stage in the 3rd picture of my blog 'Outside Edge'. You will have to scroll back through several 'older posts' to get to it.

He does not have an Aussie accent - I just chose that to differeniate him from the other male characters and there is a limited selection of voives to choose from when making the movies.

In previous movies in the same series Lloyd is wearing a clown costume. He wears this because he wore it in 'Sleuth' which I directed last year so it is rather an 'in' joke.

Fennie is looking forward to meeting you and I will give him instructions for a Christmas mantlepiece cover to pass on to you.
